Payment for your visit will be collected at the start of the appointment.

Forms of payment: I welcome credit cards and checks.
Contactless payment: I accept Zelle and Apple Cash. You can also send these ahead of time so as to not take up time during your appointment.

Please let me know if you need a receipt to submit to your healthcare insurance company and I would be happy to provide one with the required codes. The receipt is emailed in a PDF format.
